Bathe in warm water that has been perfumed with aromatherapy and use a warm towel to dry off. Then, a deep and gentle hand massage is mixed with a massage to release muscular tension, warm stones put on specific body energy points to release muscle tension & stimulate blood circulation. along with a warm towel and an aromatherapy-scented light body wash to relax and clean.
