Then, with a mantra to harmonize and relax the breath and body, gentle touch on chakra and pressure points restores balance. Following that, the traditional Ayurvedic Shiro-Dhara, a gentle warm oil trickle on your forehead, induces a deeply relaxing state. A traditional Indian tea, such as chai, is served alongside a head, neck, and shoulder massage. Finally, the hair is rinsed and conditioned. It leaves you feeling deeply at ease and content.
